using Nfusion Nova remote

hi all

I am having difficulty using my Nfusion Nova remote control to my Solaris
I can't pull out any number when programming my code to the box using extreme xstv4.14
all shows in letters no number in the screen

any advise?

this make no sense how changing the batteries will change the number appear in the screen when updating the codes
not even showing the . to input server name
do you know what your saying here?

If memory serves me correctly, just input the numbers using the remote, the same numbers you use to input channel.

use the i button on your remote or info button you can change numbers from caps to small letters
