If you want to delete a select few channels from your current programming or more in the channel manager selection, there is one change that the conversion S/W has made to your remote. Along with the red button becoming the info and the blue button becoming your guide. The right double arrow (>>) is the button that enables the delete option. Not the blue button as shown or indicated on your screen.
