sv360 down for few days now

hello all my sv 360 prem. has been down for few days now, I understand there has been a ECM recently and I decided to wait it out but have been reading and see there are a few working again, can any body elaborate on this and tell me what is the latest information
Port 10410
1.NFPS.BZ (CAPS)
DNS IP 24.138.111.162 do I need to change this to same as "server IP"? as below
USE DNS no
Server IP 37.46.112.201
I tried several settings and contacted server to verify sub was good for 301 days,
information received was yes good sub up to date,

friend have you reboot your receiver thru the back button turn it OFF and back ON...

yep done that maybe i will start new and reboot pc, hub, and whole works see what happens , I got two stb's down funny huh?
thanks anyways, was just wondering whether any body else with same port had same problem

Do you get "DNS FAIL" or "CONNECT FAIL"? If it's dns it's on your end, if you get connect fail then you're not getting connected to the server. Do the reboot on your whole system and that may work, remember to wait til each ( modem, router and 360) fully reboot til turning on the next with the 360 last.

OK thank you Jazzman did that and it turns out your suggestion worked turned everything right to pc off and reboot and turn sv360 on last and she's up and running again thanks a million
