noi snowing not counting

Hi to all i have new and good old codes my problem is my noi snows and is showing server in green but will not count and tv wont play. Any one have a clue as to my problem thanks to all please help if you can.

SOMEONE gave me a solaris , i find its caveman-ish.. nic port but still needs noi !!! rubbish, buy a s10 or i-link.. save you a large headache ..and under 100 smakers
i will use mine as a digital clock..nice green light in dark !!!

Actually, it no longer needs NOI, you can use the 4.14 file, it has some glitches, but for the most part it runs well, but for the problem at hand, you were asking about, did you change the gateway in the receivers network, to your computers IP address?

if you can tell me how to get mine to work without noi,i will be very grateful
right now i am using the 5.9 custombins ,nice green background,
plus i tried the boris, t56,t54 and only getting pal, the multi dosent do anything,
black and white pic, ,went back to custombin,
gave up trying to get i$#s working ...

Go to the files sec for solaris and download the extreme 4.14 file to your desktop, and unzip it and follow the Instructions!
