Need Help with NEXTFTA set up

I've trying to set up my receiver for weeks now, no luck whatsoever!! FRUSTRATING!!
I've read all the posts here on how to set it up but always get the SCRAMBLE message at the end.
Can somebody help me , please?

You will have to post a little more info than this, are you trying to work it from public server or paid server, do you have PS codes? Post back with answers to these questions.

Yes, I'm trying to work it from public.
My network says CONNECTED
and setting r as follows:
Satellite: Echo10/11
DISEcC: 3
DISEcC 1.1 : NONE
TP Frecuency: 12224
LNB: 11250
22KHz Tone: OFF
Multi-Dish Switch:OFF
Search Options: All Channels
LNB Power: ON

I have downloaded the 2.09 file via USB
Have a Sat: 95% and Q: 95%

I don't have PS codes
