Private sever access in Jamaica

My CW800s works great on PS in Canada, but wont work with same unit and settings in Jamaica.
Why????

Just guessing but all settings wouldn't be the same. The address to router and gateway would be different.

Yes for sure the Network IP would be different, as expected. But i was relating to the PS.
Message says "Connection to Network Ok. No connection to server"

Should i be looking for a new Private Server (PS).??????????

Your LNB and switch settings may be different. Have you scanned channels from Jamaica?

The server is probably down, have you put in your new server info?
