Hi there,
You have lost contact between your box and dongle and therefore no menu is showing.
Confirm your dongle is connected well and has not come loose.
Confirm you show version "p28" for your firmware in the box.
Follow this how to and let us know how its going:

Good luck,

When you say "unplugged everything" what do you mean? Hopefully you didn't unplug the wizhub/svlan while the box was still on...

What network (P$) are you trying to connect to? As Spoiler said, it sounds like your box is not seeing the dongle. Make sure it is plugged in snuggly and that the lights are on on the i-hub. If you're hardwired to the i-hub use the wiznet program to find out if it sees the hub and what version it's showing. Don't use wiznet to change anything else tho...

In the wiznet program what version is showing, if it shows version 4.12 (I think) then it's OK. If it shows version 82 you will need to fix it with what Spoiler told you earlier. Also make sure none of the pins on the serial port where the hub attaches to the box are bent.

What connection message do you see ??
Dns fail, connect fail or connected ??
Dns fail describes an issue with the info you entered or the server was offline when you were looking.
Connect fail describes making it to the server but a denial of entry for any number of reasons.
Connected.... Pretty obvious.
Confirm your code is still good.
Confirm your set to "DHCP" in the network settings and reboot everything with router/modem first and then the box.Wait for all to fully boot before starting up the box.
What do you see now ???

Confirm you have lights on the dongle.A solid green and flashing amber.
If you want to fix that problem, you will need to go to the link I posted in post#5 and go through the steps. It's easy if you try.
Give it a shot and you'll be back up soon.

How are you connected when using the Wiz program ?? Are you hooked directly into the computer lan port as suggested ? Try another data cable between the dongle and your computer and try again.
If Wiz can't find your hub, your in trouble deep.

Answer the questions I pose to you please.
I think you may be confused.
We use the Wiz program to program the Wizhub dongle.
The version we care about is the Wizhub version. The Wiz program version is not important.
Here is the latest Wiz version anyway:

I would not expect any change but give it a try.
Answer my previous questions in post 17 please.

If Wiz cant see the dongle, it surely won't be able to be seen on the network. It's imperative that you make contact with the dongle again.
I would advise doing some reading about version 82 errors and ways to make contact with the dongle again.
Did you try another data cable ?? Can you confirm a blinking amber light ? Does a "Local area connection" show in your computers Network menu when you plug into the lan port ?
This is the area of the game where you need to have some knowledge about all your hardware.
I will also give you this option... if you like, send me the dongle in the mail and I'll see what I can do for you.I do many and you can see by my posts, I'm not going anywhere. Just an option and entirely your choice. If you do wish to send to me, contact me in a PM for mailing instuructions.
