coolsat not working

my coolsat is saying failed to reconnect to server it was working ok 2 days ago im using my code and setting

check your connections specially your ethernet cable,,good luck

it connects threw my straight wire dont it i checked my connection with the coolsat software it connects on com 1 ok andi have internet connection on the laptop

Used the IP address not the server.
