need help with IKS Informatiion

I have been away from FTA for several years and was looking to test again. I have a Dreamlink HD and have set it up. I scanned channels but obviously they are all scrambled. Is there a way to test IKS to ensure that I have everything setup correctly and receiving HD signals? Do I have to buy IKS from a provider and if so which do you recommend? Thanks in advance.

You don't get info from 95epay. You are basically saying hey folks I am trying to steal tv give me info and painting a big red bullseye on yourself if they haven't already reported you.
