I cant get any guide on my Jynxbox ) Is there a channel list to download to a usb ?

yes first do a hard boot, and put a clean usb in the front port, then press the guide button then press the blue button for dn or yellow for b3v then select a ch from the list and press ok and let it sit there for 30 min.
