My Nfuson Solaris was running using NOI, however, of late it has been down and I cannot get the I-Internet to come on on the receiver. It is showing off although it is set to on, cannot get the receiver to fill in the IP information as everything is set to zero. Tried the network wizard and I am not getting it to work.Could it be my router, should I set it to static and how would I achieve this. Getting the snow on NOI with the server 1 in green but channel number not showing. I know I need to get the ip, gateway etc to be accepted by the receiver but need some help to do this.

Simply connect to the internet!
You are not serious, do you think I am that stupid. The Receiver is connected to the router hard wired and my computer is also connected to the router hard wired. Does anyone else have an opinion. I have read that the NOI programme is not functioning properly of late.Have been using it for a while now and have never had this problem.Because the IP is not been updated on DHCP I thought it maybe the router, however, whenever I attach a computer to this connection it works ok.The lights on back of the receiver where internet chord is attached to is also on and flashing which suggest that it is communicating with the router. Has anyone ever had his problem and what did you do to resolve it. I have switch to the extreme bin and it working, updating on DHCP so something must be wrong with the NOI program why I am having this issue.By the way I tried to set it up using static but it is still not working, although the I is now on on the receiver. I have turned off firewall, anti-virus, anti-spyware and still not working.
