missing channels

i am missing channels ex(189 then next channel 196) i have file Next_fta 2.09 Official File
any idea what i am doing wrong

missing as in not there? there but scrambled? if there are not there then would think (by all the info you gave us) you have not setup your dishes/lnbs right

this is the setting
Diseqc: none
diseqc 1.1: none
tp frequency: 12224
lnb: 11250
22khz: off
multi dish switch: sw21 dish 2
search option : all
lnb power: on

this is for echo 10/11 the same settings for echo 14 but have muti dish switch :sw21 dish

the channels are not there it is not picking them up when i scan

the channels are not there it is not picking them up when i scanfriend try changing the diseqc or port for sat 110 to port 2 and sat 119 port 1 not sure how you have it....
