Unknow network

Hello to all

I Have a question,
I was trying to test some of the Hd channels on 119 and when I select TP 12311 R I get a message of
Unknown network the setting for this tp seem to be ok, I have selected as

Frequency 21500
V
turbo 8spks
Fec auto

Do these settings look ok
My signal strenght on this TP is not very strong aroung 45 to 50 % could that be the problem

I am looking at 118 and 119 are you saying it's neither of these
I am confused

If unknown network is showing on all your sats then you will need to replace the hd module.

I Just checked Tp 123111 on 110 which is an hd Tp
and I see no problem, just wondering would a low signal possibly give an Unknow network error
on that TP on 119 I only get 40 to 50% signal.

Dish IS ok I get most of the HD channels
with signal quality in the 80%, but I did notice a tree partially blocking 119
I guess I will have to do some pruning.
