Babi first TV on 9400 down?

Hi all,

My baby loves watching Baby first TV 9400, but it has been down for a while here...
Baby TV works file on 824...

I tried to rescan without success...

Anyone else facing the same problem?

My friend's is down as well on the Baby channel 9400
