Channel 8104 missing

Hi, I just got a new Rocket and got to say Nokia’s service was excellent and fast thanks. My problem is I cannot get channel 8104 it just is not there. 8100, 8102, 8103, 8105 are there. I seem to remember a few years ago the same problem but no solution. At that time someone mentioned TP settings but that lost me so any simple help will be appreciated.

Probably need to ask in your STB section but -
Try channel 234 - basically the same programs !
You have a problem on your end if the other NY channels scan in and 8104 doesn't - Try scanning on a clear day and see if it picks it up !

have read that 8104 is down ch. 11 out of NY.
sense you have it missing then do as old school said and post in your receiver area for help.
and re-scan if you haven't already done so.
