it's never been up at the time thread was started

Can anyone say what transponders and what satellite are the ppv on, when I scan I do not get any ppv. Example when I scan I do not get speed channel 150 however when I restore from previously saved data I get speed 150. I appreciate any help. Running nano premium and nano premium se.
