Reply to ELMASCHINGON's Bad Service

My original thread has been close. So i reply here

1. my first 4 msg regarding 118 problem were completed sent to ELMASCHINGON's email within 24 hours after i got his code. In this 4 emails, i told him the problem of 118, and ask his to fix it. There is no response at all. So, in me last (the 4th) email i requested to cancel it.
The email address i used is that ELMASCHINGON' sending code email. I can post those 4 emails here if ELMASCHINGON insist that he never received it.

2. ELMASCHINGON denied that he confirmed me chinese on 118 works before my payment. Here is my first PM to ELMASCHINGON:

well since the other thread was closed for a reason this one probably should be as well.

threads are closed to diffuse situations and opening a new one counteracts that.

also with the dispute you have, it should be taken to PM or email and not posted all over public forums. You griping about such a thing is the same as saying, "come get me, here I am! I steal TV!"

Mac... Move on.. u have stated your case quite a few times and it comes down to "he said she said"... Our site is NOT a place to air your dirty laundry..take it to a PM as all business on Private servers is just that.. PRIVATE it has no business in our open forums.. If u wish to stay a member here and not have your posts modded/closed/deleted. please heed the advice of the mod that closed this thread and my words above.,
I have seen the rebuff of your accusations and the words that stuck in my mind posted by that seller.. "NO REFUNDS" means just that...
