Please try this
1)Set to CH 200
2) Click the Remote Guide Button
3) Click the Remote Red Button, to Toggle EPG
4) Click the Remote Yellow Button, the DN EPG
5) Stay on that channel at least 10 Minutes
You should have EPG for several hours or Days now, if not try again,

5) Manténgase en ese canal por lo menos 10 minutos Usted debe haber EPG durante varias horas o días ahora, si no intentarlo de nuevo,
