Nano2 converted to I-link-Please Help if could Thanks.

Have a nano2 converted to I-link was working fine till two days ago,this is what it's doing. just keep on flicking on the tv screen,just real fast I can't even read anything on the screen,just going down wards.tried the recovery file but nothing.after trying recovery,gives me an error-5. Please help.Thx

Sounds like you may have changed the tv mode by mistake. Been a while since I messed around with the cnx so I found this that may help you out:

Push the (timer button) under the yellow button, on the i-link conversion that button now changes your video mode pal/ntsc.
