Does anyone know where I can find a detailed Nano Premium manual - not just the standard user manual available in the Stickies section? I'm looking for info on the red/green light on the left side of the front panel - just to the left of the clock or the channel number. My unit is rebooting unexpectedly and it seems to be tied to the red light on the panel. I've played around with complete power downs, changing how I insert and remove USB sticks, but I can't find any reason or pattern to the light turning red or the reboots. I'd also love to find a list of the reboot codes (Cxxx) but I doubt there is anything available for that. I have a unit that was working great for over a year but the past few months it's been driving me crazy with reboots and USB errors(on the same USB sticks I've been using for the past year without problems). If there isn't any manual, is there any place to contact? My local dealers have all quit selling FTA stuff (and they never had much more than basic knowledge anyway). I love the box but these problems are giving me all kinds of grief.
Thanks.

Did you try other USB sticks? I have one stick that was OK with the PC but it locked out on the Premium. Are you able to reinstall the factory file and bin file? Just a thought.

sounds like the ON/OFF button on the front of the box is sticking... the red/green is on/off function but not kill switch in the back... also check your remote red power button & the fn1 button as all this would take is for any of these buttons to stick. Another possibility is another remote... my wife would get pissed at me for changing her channels for her unintentionally ...lol

Thanks to syabus and hutch. Hutch, the red/green is not working like an on/off light so I will play with the keys and buttons you mentioned and see if I can detect anything sticking. I can turn Off and not get a red light and turn On and not get a green light. There's something that's not working right here - probably something I'm doing or did - and I just have to try and find what it is. Syabus, with the USB sticks you have to remove any files/factory software on them or else Nano will reject them even though they work fine with PC. Thanks again!

The green light will turn on when a usb drive is detected. If your rec. is not detecting usb drive there is a setting in options for usb auto detect from what I can remember as I don't have my rec. at the moment.Set it to off and then give it a try.
