Beaver seems to be a good choice. I read a lot of good things on them.
Do some reading and you'll discover others good providers.

Avoid satlobo. Constant freezing makes the arctic seem like a tropical clime. And the customer service sucks as well.

for the best bang for your buck, oscar and life down on the farm is by far your best bet. Good service, top quality help and support. if you're interested in oscar, simply send marcella a PM.

I really don't get too much into the bev thing, but a few of them do come to mind,, you know most servers are about the same but I must say it's the people you have to deal with that make the server great..... and these people that works for the server here does an outstanding job,,

Master-ikstv look for kalimantester and
Oscar Look for " Marcella"

I found out these folks are the salt of the earth, will go out of there way just to make sure your taken care of and happy,

I'm a nobody but just dealing with these folks I can say are fare dealing people what more can one ask for..
This is just my 2 cents for what it's worth..

Good luck in getting free trial. If you wanted charlie and bev why did you not go with just beavertv. They cover both providers. There have excellent service. Know how to treat people.

Hello guys,

I've had contacts with people from both Beaver & Oscar and both of them were very receptive and helpful. Since I'm coming back to the testing scene, I'm back to the rookie level when it come to IKS knowledge.

On what basis should I take a decision with which provider to go? (I'm looking for a Northside provider BTW)

Price? Beaver seems to be cheaper on the long run, but what about...

Reliability? Both providers seem to offer a pretty good uptime service compared to other IKS on the market.

Overall offer? Both providers seem to offer the usual Northside selection, but what about PPV? I've read it isn't available on Beaver; is it the same for Oscar?

Thanks in advance to all those who'll take the time to share the experience and opinions.

Not going to find ppv on north, so you can take that out of the deciding factors.
Read through various posts to see how communication and service is, then rank based on your evaluation. Then look at channel line up, see which better fits what your looking for, rank that. Take both of your own rankings and decide.
No need for someone else to decide for you, its not them parting ways with any money.
