Inadvertently erased all my data. Now its replaced all channels are scrambled. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

your channels must still be there if it says scrambled
you need to re-enter all your server info

when you go to network does it say connected or wait 3 seconds?

Says connected. Epg is populated. Code was active. Was rescanning when I erred.

Thanks guys. Will try again tomorrow. Perhaps factory default and reloading files might help.

i would look towards a mistake on re-entering codes?

same thing here say;s it;s connected but nothing with naano hooked up sv 360 and it said no connection any idea;s would help thanks

trying to fine file for sat for my nano prem grand kids did some thing and lost all sats need help witth file

IF your SV 360 isn't connecting either then the problem is in your set up not the receiver... check your router & modem ... in the Nano premium in the menu under installations/network at the bottom of the screen...what does it say???

what happened is my grand kids hooked up international switch when they were told dont touch and lost all my dish sats and all i have is bev sats i need to get rid of them and put back other sats but cant remember which file it was i have all well tyhanks for the help anyway im trying to fix it crazy grand kids anyway you got to love them lmao!

SV premium you say?
maybe a mod can move you to the correct area.
this is the nanosat premium area.

sorry came from the outside in and didn't see there was 2 pages. ooops!
