If you could give us a hint at the channel you're referring to I would check and see if that channel is HD or SD. let us know

yea one of the channels is 502

502 4 119° E*7

That is tp 12268 on 119. Check your tp and make sure you have two 12268 one with SR of 20000 and fec 7/8 and another SR 21500 2/3. The 21500 is HD. If you do then scan that tp and 502 should show up. let us know
