Nano 2 Not Connecting

My friend has a Nano 2 and it is not working, just get black screen, all the P$ info is entered correctly, checked cat5 hookup and it is populating IP, in the IP setup, everything has been checked time after time. Here is the funny part, he has 3 receivers in the house, 2 of them have codes, and what he has been doing with the 3rd one is sharing the code and port #, with one of the other receivers, because he know's he can't run 2 receivers with the same code and port #, so when he is not watching the one, he shut's it off, so he can use the other one, in a different room, if it was possible that he accidentally left the one on to go and watch the other one, and the server picked this up, would the server kick the mac addy, so it can't connect again? I have tried everything I could think off to get it working, no go! Any suggestions?

Yes...server would per ban as re-sharing if it noticed different ip's within a certain time frame being sent by different ird's....tell him to pm his reseller and they can get it checked....

Can't PM reseller, he is gone, looks like he will have to get a code for the third box, and change IP's if that is possible. I put my code in it to test it here at my home, and it work's, but if I try to put the other code back in it won't work. So what do you think, did server ban not only the IP, but also the mac addy?
