Need help with channel ppv 455.

I have Sonicview 8000HD and using with dish 1000.2 , DC power inserter, and DPP44 switch. the last few weeks I just can not get PPV 455 when I scan the dish. The Q is 80 to 95%.
Please help me to get it back.

try a tp scan

I scan the tp 12399 nothing came in on that tp. The scan fail.
