IP set up

Hello everyone to this forum,

I did step to step how to convert Nano 2 to Ilink, but when i set up IP set up >click Auto>then click Apply and then it show only User DNS number on the screen. Please help me how to fix it to work .Thank you very much!

Check your connection to your router, and make sure that the cat5 cable is connected securely to the adapter and the adapter is connected to to your 232 port in the rear, if necessary turn off router and receiver (rear switch), reboot router first, then reboot receiver, then go back and re-apply for IP.

yes ,i did and reboot router , receiver its still the same nothing happened.

firewalls? check router logs
you can also bypass the router and try it

Yes i did it directly to modem router w/ cat 5 but not flashing on the modem, please help . thank you.

call your modem/router support line

Replace your cat5 cable from receiver to router, then try IP again.

Yes i agree with gwrowe..replace your ethernet cable..while you at it recheck all your connections.gooodluck

Thank you. But all my stuff is working for my Nano premium very good no problem.
