I've been hunting around to get on to a P$ and been reading a lot abot NOi. after the program is installed ontothe PC, is there a fee that has to be paid/

noi is a free program you will need a p$ "private $erver' so if you go to this section http://phoenix.satfix.net/forumdisplay.php?1289-IKS-Server-Discussions and do a little reading you will find what you need good luck i suggest nfps or rocket they are a yearly donation the others are mostly monthly

No there is no fee for using or installing noi

The private server you choose will give you setup instructions
