A few questions for fellow TV watchers

1) How much of the time do you watch HD, or are you happy to watch a channel in SD?

2) Do you leave the box turned on all the time?

3) Do you have a fan or something else to try to cool the box down?

4) How often do you have pixelation that is the fault of the box and not your P$

1 i got this box to watch hd. 2 if i turn the box off sometimes it don't want to come on ,i have to hard reboot the box. 3 no fan but it is leaning on my other box so that the bottom is explosed for better circulation. 4 hardly ever have pixelation,it could be many things that cause that. overall i am happy with it.

I have the dl hd and watch hd most of the time. I have a laptop fan that the unit sits on and it is powered by the unit usb. I do leave the box on all the time and have little to no pixelation that is the fault of the box. Mine is sitting on the fan and in an enclosed stand unit. Hope this helps.

1 i always watched hd 4-5 hour a day and even if i am not at home i put on hd recording and i have bigger tv so sd is stretched and i hate to watch it. the sd quality is great on non hd tv.
2 yah i leave it ON for 5 days and then turned it off for 2 days because 2 days i am away from home.
3 never had heating issue and i dont have any type of fan install on it just the stock small fan.
4 i do see some time once or twice in week some pixelation but pixelation is depending on the server you connect to. it has nothing to do with receiver. because i have bev a small P$ sub server i dont see any pixelation on any channel only see some black out when its black cloud in sky or heavy raining thats all

1) try to watch HD most of the time, but program really determines it.
2) I have 2 boxes, the main is turned on most of the time to allow for an updated EPG. The other a hour before bed mostly.
3) No, never had any problem with cooling.
4) Hard question for me to answer - very little pixelation, maybe a second every 2 or 3 hours. Can't really say what causes it.
