what do i have to scan to get all the zee channels and cricket? I accidentally reset my box and all info was lost

Assuming you still have a functioning sat file you can just autoscan 118 with network search on as steven charles suggested. Otherwise you're going to have to redefine the switch information for each satellite before you can scan. Sometimes it's a good idea (if you have to start from scratch anyhow) to find one strong transponder on each satellite, delete the other transponders, then do an autoscan. The receiver will search and update the transponders with current info on polarity etc.
