Playback PVR function?

I just got my first Openbox S10. I am watching true FTA at present. I have a hard disk attached to the USB port which the receiver does recognize. When I press "record" a red button appears. I cannot figure out how to play back my recording. I do not see any current files under "media", and there is no option for recording. Also, I cannot make any other menu selection on the top bar. Thanks for your help!

It happened to me also, go to media, at top you'll see....audio or music..video...and record, to select any of those just press the #1 button, it will switch from one format to the other, you want record, once you get record you'll see the file you recordedd press play or select until you have full screen
