they have changed the ip a couple of times in the last month I know today it's been up and down but that always happens before UFC I have 2 ports 17110 & 35010 right now I am up and down on both ports

A rebooting receiver would have nothing to do with the server. You may need to put the factory file and iks file back on your receiver. There should be instructions down in the solaris sections.

how hard can this be? if one doesn't work ... try the other... if neither work try a hard reboot of your system... if that doesn't work use the code checker to verify your # is good & you are on the correct port.....

When I ask a question, as stupid as it may seem to you, it is only because I have exhausted everything else! I tried both ip and name servers and also pinged both (can not connect),I rebooted all systems, checked donation status (good till May). This is expressly why I asked if my ISP might be blocking NFPS. Thanks for your gracious help!
