Mp4 vidoes no sound when not plug in to headphones

My mp4 videos has no sound when not plug in to headphones.

I am using 3GS I-phone ios 5.1.1.


And yes I deleted com.apple.iapd.plist file like they said on other websites and it didn't work either.
