Well i have started, swimming just breaststroke at the moment and was wondering, if this helped build
body muscle particularly the pectoral as this is where i struggle most with? Also would it help tone my
abs as well as the cricket training i do twice a week? I weight train two times a week and want to
maintain and develop muscle mass. Any suggestion.
