medical alert systems

I really need to get one of these for my brother (parkinson's disease) anyone here have one or know someone with one ? I could use some suggestions as to what system to get. I'm looking at the "freedom alert" or "guardian alert" he has no need for the top end type just a simple one that dials 911 , some are very costly and they don't call 911 but call a 911 service instead and you pay for that service that might be in India or Pakistan or ?

most time you can get an alert system in your state with your local hospital that will give you good service, that is what we did with my mom after she had a heart attack.
