Hey guys.

So i have been looking around at the setup of the existing wiring in my house and have begun to think its just not possible to do what i want with the current wiring. Just looking to see if there is any solution that someone might know to my problem. I have made a diagram of the current wiring and sat setup in my house below. Basically i have 1 line (A) going from the cable junction box to my 3rd floor bedroom and 1 line (B) going from my cable junction box to my living room on the main floor. Currently i have my switches all on the main floor in my living room and sat 129 being fed from outside downstairs into the cable junction box and up to the main floor on this line (B). My question is : Is there any sort of technology that allows you to Share 1 line (B) for 2 purposes? Right now i am trying to look all over the internet to see if there is something that will allow me to send 129w from downstairs to my living room on line (B) and also send from my switch in my living room back down line (B) and connect to line (A) going to my Bedroom. I have looked at Diplexers that do this for cable and satellite but have not seen anything that could potentially do what i am looking for. Any info would be great, but i have a feeling its just not possible. Anyone know of anything that would do this??

I have drawn in red what i would like to do and black is what my current wiring setup is.

Thanks.

Sorry, it wont work, you can't combine satellite signals like that.

And the CATV coax more then likely will not work for the satellite signals from 129.

It would be better to use all DPP LNB's and a DPP44 switch, run all signals to the switch, then feed the receivers from the switch.

Check the coax for the CATV, if it is rated to 2.5 GHz then you are OK, to use it, but you will have to use a satellite switch for the rest.
