Signal problem

Hi guys, i have some sort of a problem here, after months not using 2 of my viewsats, i've begun to use the x-fta for both and when i connect one of them the signal is fine 80~100% but when i connect the second one the other already connected gets 0 signal and the new one the 80~100% signal, i use a dual lnb for dish network and this multiswitch http://www.amazon.com/Eagle-Aspen-DTV3X4-DirecTV-Approved-Multiswitch/dp/B0007WWI2O/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&qid=1337824277&sr=8-10. It has worked fine all these years, no problem whatsoever, i even used up to 4 boxes and no problems, what could the cause be?

Not sure what the problem is other than settings, but if you do have a dual lab, {2 outs for one satellite), then use each out and straight to each receiver. That way you eliminate switch and possibly the problem. good luck
