i got my vbox7 foe my dish and when i turned it on it give me the er2 error i got another acuator and hooked it up and it showed the same thing er-2 COULD it be the vb box i dont think bothh acuators [laying on the floor hooked up] would give me the same reading.

when i first turned on the vbox it showed 208 counts , it wasnt clear , like 0000 but i cleared it and tried it again , and same thing ER-2

what is going on ?? could they have sent me a used one , someone had sent back in ??

I haven't used a vbox in several years but when I had seen the err2 message my wires were not connected properly. The holes for the actuator main wires, M1 and M2, were too small to fit in and took some time. Make sure your wires are fully in and connected.
