The person receiving it could edit it to say whatever they want.
Other than that.. No one can see your Private Messages..

That is a feature of Vb that extends beyond the open forums.. no one actually sees the PM and edits it .. ;)
The feature does it for everyone and is like a single pole light switch .. It is either on or off .. no in between...... :)

yeh as mentioned ..the in the VB the admin can add filters for all kinds of words either full spelling or using wildcard
