Helping others

I see when I look at some of the posts, especially when someone is seeking help, some of the answers given, is not what i would like to see, there are lots of new members who some feel they know everything, satfix is all about helping members, new and old, when I see a reply where they tell a member to move on ..so to speak.... when the member ask's for help, regardless how many times a member asks, lets help them and not ridicule them, patience, this is something some of you dont have... sometimes it takes a while to understand how to instal files or codes.....so less arrogance and more understanding to all members.................Whiteheather.
