Just in Time Debugger

How do I get rid of this script. It has been slowing down my typing and computer. It is a pain in the butt. I have an xp on my laptop. A step by step guide to removing it will be helpful and most appreciated.

Open Internet Explorer and from the Toolbar select:
Tools > Internet Options > Advanced and scroll down
to "Disable Script Debugging" and place a check in
the box next to it. Then remove the check next to
"Display a notification about every script error",
then click Apply.

have you tried using reg edit?
