Post times and dates

Trying to follow some up and down times in the posts. I am writing this at 8:40 p.m. EST on Mar.26.
When it shows in the post, it will have some other time as to when I sent it. I sent some early this morning, but it states yesterday in my posts. Does anyone know where this site originates from so people can tell how recent the posts are?
ie: to co-ordinate their time zone with this site's time zone.

Some posts say yesterday or in the a.m.(EST) will refer sometimes to the p.m. of the day. Just curious.

Have you gone to "settings" and set your time zone? That should work.

I moved your post here 001,go to your settings and under General settings you'll find a time zone utc,pick the one that works for u
